OVERVIEW
These Terms of Reference (hereafter “TORs”) apply to the unincorporated platform which operates under the name of CareForce Club (hereinafter “Platform”).
The Platform shall operate as a Private Club.
These Rules shall be binding on the members of the Platform and shall be enforceable in the courts of Western Australia.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms of Reference, the following definitions shall apply:
“Platform” means CareForce Club.
“Admin” means the Administration of Platform, such Admin being under these TORs.
“Approved Personnel” means Maxine York or nominated person by Maxine York
“Member” means a member of the Platform, having attained membership in accordance with these Terms of Reference.
“Terms of Reference” means these terms of reference of Platform.
“Confidential Information” means all information and materials disclosed, provided or otherwise made available to, or developed by, Platform or Our Personnel in the course of performing Platform Tools, whether before or after execution of the Membership application including, but not limited to, information relating to members, policies, processes, or opportunities, procedures, methods, formulations, facilities, products, plans, affairs, transactions, organizations and business connections or Platform.
(“Email”) means one or more email addresses for use in connection with Platform membership.
(“Mobile Phone”) means communication can be by mobile phone or other nominated means of commination’s.
“Notices” means all notices, requests, demands, consents, approvals, offers, agreements or other communications given by a party under or in connection with this TORs agreement.
“WEBSITE” Means: CareForce Club website which, at the date of the TORs agreement was accessible at https://careforceclub.com
MEMBERSHIP
- Any person can voluntarily (“the Applicant”) apply to become a member by completing a membership registration invitation form and submitting it to the Platform.
- In order to be eligible to become a Member, an Applicant must, (among all other things):
- Satisfy the Admin that the Member supports the Purpose; and
- Agree to be bound by the Terms of Reference.
- After the Admin has made a determination regarding the Applicant’s application, the admin will contact the Applicant as soon as possible, to tell them whether the application has been approved or rejected.
- In the event that an Applicant’s application is rejected, the Platform does not need to provide reasons to the Applicant.
- Member will have access to the Platform tools to the programs available within the Platform to build their own business and for member education purpose.
- Member takes responsibility for the tools they use and must receive permission to copy any of the Power Point Presentations and of User Guide from CareForce Administration by email info@careforceclub.com
- Once a person becomes a member that person is responsible for their own decisions with the creation of their own team.
- A member can create their own personal group by sending email to create their own group. Their personal group cannot be seen by any other group. All messages applied are only seen by their personal members.
- Confidential Information.
All CareForce Members data is confidential & will not be passed or sold to a third party. - All CareForce Members be always ethical – honest and respectful to all fellow members.

Please Note:
Training tools will be available from the E-Trade Shop for purchase to learn from nominated trainers to educate and train participants for purchase to advance their E-Trade business.
